The district came together to celebrate St Gorges Day as he is the Patron Saint of Scouts at the CRAI Activity Park.
All members retook their promise lead by our DC and some members were invested into the movement. A Young Leader for our Explorer Unit was awarded his Acorn badge and woggle by the Regional Commissioner as they start their Young Leader journey.
We held a traditional campfire and had a good sing song. Hot dogs and burgers where on sale with proceeds going to help fund the 4 members from our district heading the World Scout Jamboree in South Korea in 2023.
